Skin Care Program (8 days ,15 days ,22 days)

This is a 15-day process which involves a two-step process- a pre-treatment and treatment phase. In Pre-treatment the body is acclimatised for the purification process by two main methods: 

• Snehana Karma (Oil Therapy) - Therapy using oil and ghee preparations
• Swedana Karma (Sudation Therapy) - Making the body sweat using Njavarakizhi, Pizhichil, Elakizhi, steam bath etc.

What is the process for the treatment?

• Body massage,
• Snehapanam, Nasyam,
• Virachanam(Medicated purgative),
• Snehavasthi, Dhara,
• Pizhichil,
• Njavarakizhi,
• Karnapooranam,
• Tharpanam,
• Sirovasthi,
• Steam Bath, and
• Internal herbal medicines.
